Ned Collette
This Dude is AMAZING
Went to see Ned Collette play at the Nortcote Social Club for his album launch. It was quite frankly one of the best gigs i have been to for quite some time, made me think of Jeff Buckley. Ned is an amazing guitarist, singer, lyricist and his set was almost perfect.
It started off quite with just him, his guitar and a delay pedal, then grew slowly over the course of the night to include 3 female vocalists, keys, bass, string trio ad a trumpet. If you get a chance to see this dude, go, his live set is truly beautiful.
it’s exceptionally rare that I’m transfixed at a gig and I’m very glad this was one of those rare occasions.
