I have just purchased my first australian house.. he he i’d be lying if i said i wasn’t a little apprehensive though, due to the previous owner and his sordid history.

The Auction
Well i wasn’t even there, as i was working in the city doing a tedious typesetting jobby, but the news crews were. Channel 7 News HA HA HA.. yip, Channel 7 News did a story on it for the 6 O’Clock edition. They interviewed Nuno (Realtor) Duncan (Auctioneer) and Bruce (Buyers Advocate (guy bidding on my behalf)), Classic. Im so glad i wasn’t there though, not what you want really, to buy a house that used to be owned by an alleged killer and have your face splattered all over the TV, might just lead to your face being splattered all over the wall and floor of the lovely new house you just bought.

Well after only 10 minutes and bidding against only one other couple i became a proud father of a house in Brunswick. SSSSWWWWEETTTT. its a gorgeous place, I’m currently getting all the legal smeegal shit sorted out, not sure when i can move in but it settles in 60 days so its to too far away.
